This notice explains how Inspiration Lab uses information submitted through this website.

What you share

Contact and registration forms collect your name, email, organization where relevant, goals, and the details you enter. Coaching and workshop enquiries may include preferred dates, your time zone, audience, and location. Paid registrations may include a transaction reference. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, account PINs, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to enquiries, review registrations, arrange training or coaching, and check reported payments. If email notifications are enabled, we send a receipt acknowledgement and notify the team. An acknowledgement does not confirm a booking, payment, or reserved seat. After an administrator approves a registration, a separate confirmation email may include private session joining details. After attendance is reviewed and a certificate is issued, a certificate-ready email may contain its verification link. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Unfinished forms on your device

Basic unfinished form details can be saved in this browser so they return after refresh. Drafts older than seven days are ignored and cleared when you return. They are not sent to Inspiration Lab until you submit the form. Consent, passwords, uploads, and payment references are excluded. Use Clear saved draft or clear this site's browser data to remove a draft. Drafts do not follow you to other devices. On a shared device, clear your draft before leaving.

Certificates and verification links

With the holder's consent, a certificate verification link can display their name, program, issue date, certificate ID, status, and attached certificate. Anyone who receives that link can use it, so share it only as intended. Revoking a certificate changes its verification status and stops new document access links. A previously downloaded copy cannot be recalled.

Storage and access

Authorized Inspiration Lab administrators can review submitted requests. Hosting, database, authentication, and configured email providers process the information needed to operate this service. The website uses Vercel and Supabase; configured email delivery may use Resend. Browser-side security and rate limits help protect access and reduce spam, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Submitted requests are retained while needed to respond, manage participation, maintain requested certificate records, and resolve follow-up matters. To ask about your information, request a correction, withdraw a request, or request deletion, email ezamrankhan@gmail.com. Please identify the relevant request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Links, payments, and fonts

External payment links and social networks have their own privacy practices. This website does not capture card payment details. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives the technical connection information needed to provide them.
